I got my scoutship uv mapped and have been working on some textures. I also have made the landing pads and canopy animatable.

the model's quite nice, but the difference between the textures around the glass and the rest of the body are quite stark in difference. :)

I hear ya and have been working on a new set of textures and maps overnight. I needed to increase the map sizes to accomodate more realistic textures and am researching metal photos to pull them from. Not a lot out there at the moment. May have to take the camera to a junkyard. I wish I could make a run to the Air Force Boneyard down at Davis Monthan Air Force Base for a texture safari.
