I read a post regarding how easy it would be to put tattooes around V3's arms - I forget who posted the comment - so I decided to give it a try. Verdict? Piece of cake. This took me all of 30 minutes to get bang on. The design is taken from the one around my own arm. Skin texture is DAZ's own new Hi Res tex for V3.

Ridiculously easy. :) Once I'd drawn the tattoo it was simple to position it across the arm, making only very minor scaling adjustments to make both ends meet. Since there is only one seam across V3's arms, it cuts the work in half, effectively. Having the real thing done on my own arm took much longer - 6 hours!

The arms might be easier, but doing one on her back is ridiculously hard. Anybody have some tips?

I ain't tried it yet. I'm guessing it should be easy with a seam guide, though. I'll give it a shot.

IMHO, it's not easy at all. The seam isn't straight, so placing one low on the back takes some effort. Try it and let me know how it goes for you.
