Subject: Question on Refferencing obj files with figures...

Some times when making a new texture map for a model I need to remap it to get it to look right, I know I can change the file name of the old obj and put the new one in its place, but I'd like to know if there is a way to make the figure reference the new obj...is there?

Find the cr2 file for that figure. Open it in Wordpad (or something). There are 2 places where the obj file is specified (figureResFile:whatever). Change those 2 to match your new obj.

If you are on a PC, CR2Edit will do this automatically, and many other things having to do with CR2's, PZ3's, obj's and pose and joint files.http://www.neca.com/~dwilmes/cr2edit.html
