When you load the male character face files, they are also injecting morphs. THat's why it takesa long time. What I did, was load the character face, then spawn a head morph for it. I did this for each one, and loaded all the male full body morphs, and all the expression morphs. It took me most of the evening, but then I had a male character base that I can now load quickly and use to create new characters from. The best way to add new characters is to create the face and spawn or export the morph target. You must only distribute character faces as pose files, but once you get the face posed, you can spawn the morph and it will load much faster after that.
