It's the fog! The grove, as seen below... With fog added cuz I know Clint likes it! Still making little changes. Thanks for all the suggestions! Aeryk

You still looking for suggestions? I don't know what the black on the stones on the right is. Is it shadow? If so, where is the light coming from? Also, I would decrease the tree-shininess. But I agree. Fog is so refreshing for some reason. Crisp. This is looking better! Plus, you save on render time not having to do all those refractions. Hoborg

One other thing I noticed now that the scene is a little brighter. The bushes all look virtually identical. I know it would be a lot more work, but consider individualizing them to increase the variety of shapes, sizes, density, etc. Just another nitpick.... Don't you hate it when we all get into nitpick mode? 8^) HG...

Um... The Gardener purposely cut them to look alike.... ;-) Thanks HG. I'm still playing with it... There will probably be 2 or 3 incarnations of it this weekend... After I see Gladiator though. :-) Aeryk
