Subject: pythonscript for switching shadows of?????

looking for a script that turns the shadows off for all lights, so that i can select some seperate lights to turn on the shadows manual. Want that the shadows are really off, like unchecking the "shadows" button in the properties,not to set the dials to zero?

It's not possible to change the Properties of lights in Python. But it is possible to set all the Shadow dials to 0. If that will help: Take the attached text, change its name to NOSHADOW.PY and use it!

Correction.... it is possible to change lights from Infinite to Spot, and also to Local. One of my Light Changer scripts in Freestuff does that. But the more detailed properties, like shadows off and (P5) raytracing, are not available.

I second that! I use that Delete Lights almost every time I make a picture. Great way of getting rid of those lights from each lightset you try out on your scene (yeah I suck at lightning so I use presets...)
