Is there a way to completely replace a limb with a new one of the same type? Like...after a limb gets really deformed from the cat on the keyboard...and undo just doesn't cut it...can a limb be replaced for the original?

Restoring the ELEMENT via the edit menu should bring the arm back to the original shape. You'll need to do this for each part that that is deformed.
