Subject: Looking for a Basket Prop

Hi:

I have been searching for days for a basket like the one Dorothy carries from the Wizard of Oz... rectangular in shape with a hinged lid. I haven't found one that comes even close. Any talented modelers out there with a desire to model a basket??? Or does anyone know where I can find one?

I would appreciate any help you can give me with this.

Poser World has one with a handle and hinged lid. It is not rectangluar but sort of oblong. Here's a picture of it (if it uploads!) The thing is, you have to have a membership at Poser World....but frankly, I think it's worth it :) The link is above

Fabulous...that's exactly what I'm looking for sandoppe, but unfortunately a subscription to Poser World is not in the budget right now..darn it! Oh perchance to dream....or somthing like that, someday, I hope. :-) Thanks for the tip. Juanita

That's a shame. Keep in mind, that when you can swing it, you can go for a 6 month subscription for $30 or 3 months for $25. The best deal of course, is the annual. I'd give you the dang basket, but it would violate my subscription rules. If I run across anything else that's totally free, I'll let you know :)

Thanks sandoppe. I know $25 doesn't sound like much, but that almost $40 CDN. Darn exchange rate! Just waiting to win the lottery...then watch out. :-)

Actually, $25 in any exchange is a nice chunk of change and will buy a few groceries or pay some bills :) You're right to keep your priorities straight. The stuff will be there when you when that lottery! :)

I was a poser world subscriber for 3 months. In the three months that i was subscribed i got enough stuff to fill a entire 700mb cd. The cost is defently worth it in the long run :)

Just another thought... donno if they will but if you contact them they might sell you the model you need :)
