Subject: Texture question from a beginner.

I've really been wanting to make my own photo real textures for Mike and/or vicky. And my question is, what kind of set up are people doing to take the original photos? Are people making textures from a couple shots or from a dozens? And what kind of lighting is involved?

Weird that you should ask this - I'm currently discussing the very subject with another artist. You'll need dozens of shots. Consider every (and I do mean every) angle. Flat even white lights, minimal shadows. BTSculptor has 2 excellent tutorials for sale in the Rosity MP.
