I seem to even be flunking texture maps in poser5! Figures map perfectly, but the props I've tried ar all womperjawed! (yes, I've from the south, lol). I've tried several different settings, I've even taken the obj files into uv mapper and made new templates. They don't map right either . . . .I turned the transparency off so you can see what I'm taling about a bit better. What am I don't wrong???

If you make new templatesmin UVMapper, you MUST save out the new .obj as well as the new map. You have changed information about the uv coordinates, so the new map will not work on the old .obj file. Always do these saves under a different name so that when you bring things back into your library, you do not overwrite the original figure!!! If these are the Angelyna wings, save your new obj as "pigeonwings" or "mywings" or "refluffedwings" or whatever, otherwise you'll have to find and reinstall the original wings when you want to use them. Example: save map as dovewing. save obj as dovewing. paint on copy of map. install dovewing.obj back into the library it came from. Now when you open dovewing, you can load the associated map, and it ought to come in correctly, with paint in the right places. If this works, you can go back out and make fancy transmaps on other copies of your dovewing map. Carolly

No these were not remapped. I tried the remap on another set of wings. These were purchased yesterday, and I am using the maps that came with them, but the results are basically the same no matter what I do! . . .
