Ok, I finally decided after a few asked me to, to make a texture for sale. But after I initially did it I started thinking...man I want to add to it { as in things that go with the package} As I am new to this facet of digital art {making textures for sale that is not selling digital art} I have to ask for an opinion. 1-what would be considered a 'good' package? should it include x amount of eyes and/or lip textures ectect? 2-what do you look for in a package that is enticing? I mean is it MAT poses? is it uniqeness? is it a package that is jam packed? 3-I am still new to making textures and mine are mainly fantasy. Do all great textures have to be photorealistic? I mean when I am making a fea I am not concerned if her under eye skin is a bit crepe as it would be in real life. she is a mythical creature and propably has no need for sunscreen. but that is just me. What is the general opinion? I wish to offer {when the time comes} a package that will sell and be satisfactory to the buyer. That is why I am asking this. When I do offer up things to sell it will be only at Renderosity and I wish to meet the expectations of its members. Any opinions? suggestion? :))
