Subject: Help! Installation problem!

I'm having trouble with yuma. When I got to apply the MAT poses my computer tells me that the files cannot be found. I think it is a problem with my textures, but I put them where the "Read Me" told me to. Also I can't open the textures by clicking on them either, it says that the files are corrupted, Help Please, I really want to get Yuma working!
