Subject: Help finding Plugins

I recently read a tute that mentioned using a plug in in 3ds max to "Balloon" mesh to make poser clothing I downloaded the suggested plug in only to find that it was not compatable with Max4 Can anyone suggest where I might find the max4 version of this plug in thanks Bowen

ask on the max forum and they might be able to help you more and if you had a name for this plugin would help too....
