Can someone tell me how to paint human skin details such as pores, scars, moles, eyebrows from scratch? I know photoshop is capable of doing this but i cannot find a good tut

If you post this in the texture forum you'll probably get a pretty involved and complete answer. I'm sure there must be tutorials posted as well
