CinePaint (as used in Harry Potter, Stuart Little) has been released for Windows. If you need something to touch up the individual frames for your animation, this is the kiddie for you. I've been very impressed with it (like I was with GIMP), and best of all you are getting a package used by companies such as Rhythm & Hues...for free! Cheers
