Too cool!

Oh yeah. an Eve with V3's head! THAT would be cool. Actually I could use a V3 with POSETTE mapping too, I have quite a few really COOL Posette textures...

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.
Hmm... Does Eve take V2 textures already? I'm asking this because (with permission), I used AprilYSH's wonderful remapped figures as a base for the bodies. I think I'm fairly decent at remapping, but April is incredible and insanely patient at it. I'm not up to the challenge to remapping V3 to take Posette textures (which would have to be done first) - I admit that - its insanely difficult using UVMapper - I've tried long ago.
.
lol insanely patient would be about right. but then i stopped doing anymore. so it's past tense ;) Crescent caught that mania for a while, i wonder if she's still got it. evil grin I've thought about Eve before... (just thought mind you) If I recall, she takes 90% posette tex except for her unique bits (genitalia, and eyes?) Eve started out as posette, I wonder if you could chop her up and chop up P4Vskin similarly, then apply the uvs of each chopped section. This might work but I don't know -- there are things like vertex order and all that in play as well :/ Plus the bits of Eve that are different geometry to Posette altogether, those sections definitely can't be done... but if you only have to remap those bits then it would be much easier. Then I wonder if it's not easier to redo Eve from P4Vskin (what does it involve, recutting her and gluing in her unique body parts?) instead or remapping Eve to take Vic skin. 8O Anyway, back to the topic, cool mutants Nether!!! I really like Steph's head and the more bodies she has (lol how funny is that) the happier I am!!! :D Thank you!

a sweet disorder in the dress kindles in clothes a wantoness,
do more bewitch me than when art is too precise in every part
Yer welcome, April - I'm a Stephanie nut too! I think it might be problematic to quick fix the UVs, or to recut this new character - definately possible, but is going to be a time consuming affair. Another thing, when doing these characters and other freebies, I'm usually doing things that I know I'm going to use - and I like sharing them. I don't see myself using Eve, especially if I have to run around adjusting the joints of all the clothing. I already have spurts of doing that between several commercial characters already. I'm actually gearing up to do some modeling and have a little list of projects. Some for free and some for less than expensive. I still think Mike seriously needs clothes. Gotta put him on the list somewhere. ;)
