Subject: About ordering?

OK, I'm not intending to purchase anything just yet, but for when I do can anyone tell me how I do it. I got as far as the order form on PhilCs wizard set. It asks for a billing address, but all the fields seem to assume I live in America. I don't and my Postcode(Zip) format is neither 5 or 9 characters but seven with a space (ie: **** ***). Lastly are the purchases only available via download, can they not be ordered on CD, I find this much more preferable, (please don't tell me that even people like Zygote don't do that, as that is one of the reasons I have never purchased anything from them either, though let me know if I'm wrong and they actually do provide models on disk). I am really intrested in PhilCs wizard set, and Anton's proposed/forthcoming dragons, but don't want to order unless I am sure I know what is going on.

hard goods as well as check and money order sales will made at www.bbay.com who as merged with us and will remain open for just those purposes. also, at this time BBay has the capabilities to accept out of the U.S. at this time. we will be in the near future. i do apologize for that. we also will be looking into a hardgoods section in the future as well. hope this helps, pd ed

Also, for your information, Zygote will burn your order onto a CD and ship it to you. They don't mention it on their web site, though. E-mail them if you are interested.

Sounds good, to me. Thanks for the information on Zygote by the way, as soon as I can afford to I would like to get their dragon, but the thought of spending all that hard earned cash on a self extracting EXE just galls me, what happens if your hard disc packs in just before you back it up? If they can supply it on disc tht would make me feel a lot happier about the price.

One thing to consider, especially if you're in the UK? is that having a CD shipped in can attract the attention of Customs and Excise, who will then add import duty, payable by you on delivery or shortly thereafter. To date C&E haven't found a way to charge import duty on downloads :p Ian
