Subject: Some ideas for the "sound" challenge...

An image of a shattering wine glass with a ghosted image in the background of a singer (like an Ella Fitzgerald(sp?) A shot of a "big-ass woofer" with background images of shattered and destroyed items in a room of some sort A shot of a cell phone tower. with the surrounding area distorted by "sound waves" - ripples in the surrounding area (like an antenna in a field - and everything around the antenna distorted by sound waves Some sort of composite of sheet music, horns, violins, wind instruments, etc... A shot of the underside of a snare drum, with the "springs" of the drum blurred A jet - with "super-sonic waves" destroying everything around - make it a statement by destroying the "Roman Colosseum" or something A shot of an old man - with an antique "hearing horn" stuck in his ear - trying to hear...anything A cow with about twenty "bells" around hi/her neck Of course - the classic remake of the guy sitting in the recliner getting blown away by whatever he's listening to (don't remember what manufacturer that was?) A vibrating tuning fork more to come...

kinda like the image of the snare drum- i think that could make a nice composition too :) where do you find an antique hearing horn? & how are you going to get that cow to hold still long enough?
