Thanks, Bonestructure and Hawkfyre. As you see (thanks to you) I can now position the sun, make sun rings, and there's even a faint starfield in this one. (Still haven't gotten to the rainbows yet.) I have another question for you. You see where the sun is....I also made a spherical light source and positioned it in the sun area..... So why are the spaceship and moon toplit? How do I get rid of or move that unwanted glare from above?

I'm not sure. Maybe hawk can tell you. Where is the sun located in the sun sphere? If it's up top, maybe move it over to the right hand side? I really don't know.
