Don't know if this helps but if the V3 Body is shaped using the dial settings then with the right transmap the new dress can be this one. Or at least something very similar to this one. Has all the shaping morphs and breast morphs. And V3 has the Glove morph and material zone

Not sure about Koshini. She's a CHILD. at least in my mind. and not ... err.. voluptuos enough to make a Jessica Rabbit. her FACE could possibly be morphed to something Jessica like, but not the body. At least I don't think so :o)
