I'm a relative newbie to poser (but not to 3d modelling/anim) and I ws interested in exporting some of the characters I pose (in poser5) into maya (for better rendering, lighting, etc etc) I was able to this this, however I can't seem to export with the texture still applied to the character. IN other words aftrer I've exported it (tried .obj, .dxf, .3ds), I open it up in maya and its a perfect model, but no textures. I'm not interested in animating or further posing once its in maya so I don't need to worry about morph targets or skeletal bindings. Is there a way I'm just missing? Possibly a plugin or a 3rd party program that can convert a poser scene to another format? (any other format really, as long as it has its texture I can convert it). Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as I really don't want to take the time to remap all the UV's in maya. --Daniel
