I like the forehead scar not pink but I can't really decide which I prefer between the 2nd and 3rd.

I think the 3rd because it's easy enough to darken a skin tone if needed.

The third, but is it possible to have the makeup on a separate layer?

Yep, that would be no problem - I'm still tinkering a bit, but think I have enough now to create a 'definitive' texture. I'll make it available in the free area as soon as it's done.
