First off - I haven't created this model - it is one of a number of great scenes given away free in this months 3Dworld - produced by pixelfader. In this instance a 3ds max scene imported into Poser and then a draft firefly render.

i love the contrast in the third one.. very dramatic. is it possible to make it look dusty? i dont know how one would do that... are you using p5? have you tried the new volumetrics yet?

Yep, I am using P5 - I haven't really managed to get the effects I want with volumetrics, but I will certainly be trying it, and messing with the textures.
