Hi, I have a vertex model of a bullet. What I want to do is remove a small section of the bullet which would be shaped like a curved rectangle (it will be used as the head of a bishop for a chess set). How do you remove a section like this or depress the surface to make the shape?? I've read the Carrara bible, but all I could get out of it was to remove the surface of the vertex object, but this leaves you looking at the inside of the object - not what I'm looking for. Hope this is clear enough, any ideas??
