Subject: Creating "Glowing Effect"

The subject says it all. What do I need to do to create a glowing effect with Carrara? For exemple if I wanted to create a light saber, how can I manage to make it glow? I can do it in photoshop but I'd like to be able to do it inside Carrara. Thanx for your help. :)

Use the glow channel in your shader and then use 3D Aura in the scene effects.
