Whenever i open a texture map in photoshop and try to save the changes i sometimes get an error box come up saying that i can't save the file and i'll have to unlock the file using the properties command in windows explorer. I also can't delete the file it says it might be being used by another source. Does anyone else get this, and what can i do. photoshop WinME

Just a gues but if your on a NT based OS like WIn 2k or XP you have to change your folder settings to details or anything but the thumb view. It locks the file up . Somtimes even closeing the folder will not help free it up .

If you try to edit anything within the Poser runtime folders while Poser is running, even minimized, you'll get this kind of error. Poser claims most of the contents of its Runtime directories, whether it's using them or not.

I use ACDSee for viewing folders and it make a great small thumb for uploading to renderosity.

I use thumb and filmstrip all the time and never have this problem with PhotoShop-- XP Home-- are you sure that is the cause? Emily
