The long and short of everything is that I had a complete hard drive failure. Got it working and had to reload windows from scratch. Now Vue4 (Which was on a different HD)won't work, since it was an upgrade from Vue2 which I got in a magazine. It asks for the serial number for the copy of vue2. Of course, I don't have it,since it was E-mailed from E-on and I lost my entire e-mail cache when windows went away. Did this mainly to save ten bucks and it looks like it's gonna bite me in the butt... Does anyone have any suggestions? Dr. Michael Nash

Ya write E-On and ask nicely for it. If you had vue 4 they must have a record of it. I'm sure they'll fix you right up.

Yeah, that's the next step. Hell, I'll even pay the difference from the upgrade price to the full price (a matter of 10 bucks, I think.) This is a case of penny wise and pound foolish... Thanks, Pete!
