Subject: HELP Render Error with Sams New Hair 5 (the one on kozoboros site)

It will render in the poser window, but if I want to render it in a seperate window it stops and freezes at the hair, I think its a C exception error, but I have no idea what that means. I dont understand why it messes up on a seperate window and not the other (the one you pose on) thanks

What version of Poser are you using and have you applied the updates? -JH.

I am using Poser 4 with the updates installed, it was weird, rendering worked for about 2 or 3 weeks then I started getting the error. I uninstalled and reinstaleld poser 4, updated it, and downloaded the hair stuff again and it still was giving me the error.
