Thanks for the link, Smalltalk. I had a quick look and was amused by one odd feature of the price list. After being queried for my country of origin and replying UK, I was presented with a price list marked up in US dollars and Euros (treated as numerically equivalent). This is very worrying - does it signify that Tony Blair has already done surreptitious deals with America and/or Europe to change our currency to one or the other? ;)

Hi all,It's been a while since I've posted.
Those of you who know me may remember that I like to scour the Internet for resources both free and for sale that I think might be helpful with Vue. Every time I find something new I like to tell people about it. Well, Ive found something new that may have promise.
I have to preface this with the statement that I dont work for the company and this is not an ad. Its just a heads up.
Dosch Design has come up with yet another new model set.
The Landscapes Package.

When I first saw it, I didnt give it much thought. After all, why would you need landscape models When Vue very nicely creates its own landscapes. But then I began to look at some of the pictures and realized that this kit has some things that are not so easy to do in Vue. Things like a wooded valley with a river running through it. A forest with a road in it. A beach scene with surf. Tree covered hills. All stuff that takes a lot of work and looks quite right in Vue.
I dont know yet if Im going to buy the packageits a bit priceybut its got me intrigued. If nothing else, it would really make the job of creating distant backgrounds a lot easier.
So, heads up, everyone.
