Ahem... Alright, I did the entire manual install (thanks, all!), and that error message went away. A new problem has developed, tho. Now it gets to "Status - Rendering shadow map for light 3" and just sits there... and sits there... and sits there. I've let it go for as long as 10 minutes, but nothing happens. I turned off ground shadows and cast shadows in the light property boxes, but it still does the same thing. Now, this only happens if I use a prop. I guess I can have me folks live in a world without props, but my girld are material girls and would love to wear jewelry, and my guys are just aching to use those cool Studio 187 weapons. Any ideas, ladies and gents? Or am I just phucked?
