Anybody know of a utility that will convert P3 textures to P4?

poserxposure has a PhotoShop action utility in Freestuff named "P4->P3 PS 5.5 Action". I don't use PS so I haven't tried it.

No, but there have been some re-mapped characters done. For the most part, you can do this in a paint program, but it takes time...

If you have a paint program with layers (PS, PSP), it shouldn't be too hard if they aren't mapped too differently. I've mapped a number of P4 textures to Victoria--Charlie's right--it takes time and patience but its do-able. Diane B
