Subject: Object files in Bryce 3d CD

I have reinstalled Bryce 3d after many reconfigure problems with my computer. I was checking the cd and found the wonderful add-ons. Well one of the object files has both the .obj file and a .mtl file, well Bryce requires a .mat file. how do I apply these materials to the objects? I tried the Picture editor, but it would not accept the mtl file extension either. help please. Boni

Update your Bryce 3 with the patch to 3.1 and I think that fixed the prob of importing the object in with it's material intact.

Do atleast one thing a day that scares the hell outta ya!!

Arg! Thank you very much, unfortunately mine is a demo version I recieved as a sales rep and can't upgrade until I buy Bryce 4, which I plan on doing in the near future ... but well that answers that for now. :) Again thank you very much.
