Hi all,

Gandalf needed a Pipe so this was created. This is the first time I ever tried UV Mapping.

If some folks would be so kind as to test this. I hope to offer this as a freebie once everything works well. Seems to work well for me.

NB. I chose not to smart prop this until everything else is ok. The final version will have a hand pose also.

Comments most welcome. Thanks!!

Hey Firebirdz is this a P5 specific prop or made for both p4 and p5 ? I was looking inside the prop file and it had a bunch of P5 commands or thats what it looked like.

It was created in P5 but I changed the version to Poser version 4.01 It should work but eventually, someone who has Poser 4 has to resave it. Should work still with no problems. No Poser 5 materials were used. The texture map is a jpg.

After reading another trend, I think that all the info is saved in the pp2 also. Haven't read the tutorial on how to separate the info to point to a Geometries file yet.

its pretty easy to pull the geomitry out. and fix that. not sure what your p5 commands are going to do in p4 . I dont have enough memory to open poser up yet to check. Theres allot of node this and node that stuff in the pp2 file. You can probley just whack that part out for a p4 version. Cant say for sure never tried to open a P5 prop in p4 before.

I've included both rsr (for P4) and png (P5 and ProPak)thumbnails. Not sure if P5 props can work in P4.

it opened fine but the origin was off a bit , but resetting the z tran back to 0 fixed it. the material setting was a bit strange . There was only a preview option and its default color was a kind of funny looking green color. It looked better pretty good after you changed it back to white .

P4 ignores all the shader nodes so if you can leave them or delete them, I'm also getting the green color when loading you will have to change the color to white and then resave the prop.

This is Version 2 (with Hand Pose and the Pipe Smart Propped). Would appreciate comments. I am deleting version 1 as it is obsolete now. NB: Version 2 is not the Final Version until everything works properly.

In Version 2, The green colour has been removed.

Looks good. Only thing I noted was a slight seam on it's right side. Nice version though. And the hand pose works well. Possibly throw in an arm pose too? Attached picture shows the seam. A little at the top, and a bit towards the bowl.

Thanks GraphicFoxx. I will go correct that. Arm pose would have to be a partial pose but then that would only make sense if the rest of the body makes sense with that Pose. I can do a whole body pose to go with it and a facial expression also so that it fits in the mouth.
