Regarding the free Poser 3 in the other thread, I emailed Softline and they sent me a serial number. I tried it out. It is, indeed, a fully functional copy of the German version of Poser 3. So if anyone else comes along asking about a free Poser, they can be referred there. It's in the demo section,. Upon registering they go to the demo section, then under Grafik, select 3d rendering/Animation , select Poser 3 (both mac and Windows versions are offered) and they will be emailed a download link. Email them for the serial number.

I was able to register it with CL using the provided serial number, so in regard to kbennet's question in the other thread, yes this is definitely legitimate.

Computer Arts was also giving a full version of Poser 3,a long time ago (my first Poser).

Somebody help! I dont have a credit card so I can not register at softline. How do I get the free version of poser ? Can somebody help me out ?

I don't remember if I had to give credit card info or not, but if you can't get registered, then click on the "Kontakt" link at the top of the page and send them an email asking for assistance. They may be able to send you the download link. If you don't speak german, no problem; They responded to my email in English, so apparently they know English.
