played with some settings on dte and made a rock texture. now any thoughts on the full render for settings. this is at 400x300 norm aa

Looks good so far, maybe some small trees at the base of the mountain. The smoke & explosion look good.

I thinks the smoke needs to be darker, almost black.

CAn't wait to see this one blow itself to bits like Krakatoa! Now THAT would be a picture! I agree with the trees idea...the startled sheep, the terrified goat, the odd unicorn, ok so I know unicorns are odd.....birds, plankton....(still shoveling) Actually, I think you've caught the plume exactly right...well done!

I originaly did have a few trees in there but the render time went from growing a realy long beard to growing a realy,realy long grey beard, so i removed them..as it is i'm at 18hrs for 75% done.Wifeys patience is wearing thin,cant feed her neo pets..
