Subject: Exporting from Poser with Morph

Perhaps someone has developed a work-around for this. I'd like to export the head of a Poser 4 female, for which I already have a morph target. I need to tweak the morph a bit more, and would like to do this in Carrara. I apply the morph in Poser (so it looks ALMOST right), export in Wavefront .obj format with No World Transforms (so it will be a useable morph target), then pull it into Carrara. The head appears, without the morph changes. I realize if I export with World Transforms, the head appears with the morphs changes, but then is doesn't work as a morph when I pull it back into Poser. Any suggestions?

heya; "export as morph target" really means "export as morph base." that is, to export the piece with no world transformations AND no morphs or scaling applied to it. what you need to do is set the figure at the 0.0.0 point, apply the morph target, and export the head without checking that box. dunno why they did it that way, but... :🤷:
