Subject: How do I turn off shadows?

Simple question but I lent my manual to my sister... I'm rendering a Poser face in Bryce 4. How to I turn off the shadows cast by the eyelashes? (ie. just the eyelashes, nothing else). Thanks.

Select the eyelashes, go into the material editor and click the little triangle between the channels and textures near the top. Select cast shadows which should remove the check mark and turn off casting shadow.

actually you can apply a specific lash transmap to them and get the individual lashes. What poser figure are you working with (i.e. posette, eve, vickie...)?

Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!
