Anyone have a goat? Realistic or cartoon style, but recognisably a goat, not an anthropomorphic or hybrid TIA

SothArtist backs slowly away from SamTherapy. I have heard about people like you... and goats! j/k :)

Niles, thanks for the link. Good models by the looks of things, but AFAIK, no download option, which makes it not so convenient. Soth, thanks also.

Same place, Soth. Thanks anyhow. I'd like somewhere which has downloadable models. Any ideas?

Sam, You could take the poser dog and apply goat horns to him (there are several in free stuff). Paint him red and blue and render him in wireframe mode. Instant ART! OK, I'll take my tongue out of my cheek now. VistaInternet's models are excellent. I have the Boar and the Elk... be careful of how Poserized they are, though... some are more flexible than others. The textures are outstanding, and they do come with poses typical for that creature. Debra Ross has a Muskox at her site. Dworks has black and white Japanese cartoon sheep toys. Brycetech's critter CD has cartoon sheep and goats. For a mascot, perhaps his cartoon goat would be suitable? but I don't know if it is available separately. Carolly

Goat is too gamy for my tastes, pakled. Although I eat it anyway, when it's offered, just to be polite.

Barbecued goat is wonderful! With a nice wild berry sauce... yum! (I've eaten it in Pacific Coast Indian restaurants in the northwest.) Curried goat is ok, but you lose most of the uniqueness of the meat under all the seasonings. Carolly the Carnivore

I saw one at 3dcafe.
