In response to a new artist's request, here's a super-quick bottle layout done only in Bryce. The outside is pretty smooth, but the inside still needs some work, for the glass bottle to render properly. This was rendered in Bryce 4, perhaps the glass would look better with Bryce 5's TIR functions.

And here's a side-view wireframe for ya, sir GMaddox. Hope this helps, but methinks the only problem you were having was alignment-related. So I've highlighted the alignment tools, in case you needed to find them. Hope this helps a bit!
