Subject: Good old ( Generic Failure ) message

I just found one reason for the Generic Failure ( I'm going to screw up your project ) message. File names, they can't be to long, (models, textures ) or probable anything. I kept getting it, with a texture who's file name is over 30 characters long. Where when it's decreased to only 30 characters it saves OK.

Nice little tid bit of information to know... Thanks for the tip Stephen Ray.

There are 10 kinds of people: Those who know binary, and those who don't.

A whiner is about as useful as a one-legged man at an arse kicking contest.

Thanx for the tip. Maybe it's something to put in the faq. I think almost no-one knows this, so it'll ba handy if it's written down somewhere.

The one I love most is "An unexpected error has occurred" WHAT!? I just keep waiting for that message "An expected error has occurred, finally we know what is causing it". :)

"An expected error has occurred, finally we know what is causing it" Yea but it still won't tell you. The message should read: ( what the hell did you do? cause I surely don't know !! )
