when i make a pic in terragen or something, i want to add some touch-ups. The biggest one of all is adding splash on the shore of an island or whatever. If you look at this pic, you can see that it would look better if the shoreline had some white spray that happens when the water hits the shoreline. so, how can i do this. i have seen alot that have good ones but i dont know how to do it. anybody wanna help me out?

Hmmm... Maybe try the airbrush? I dunno, experiment with the smudge tool, too....
