I wasn't even thinking about the soon-to-be new color/design scheme when I was logging on, but man! Almost blew me out of my chair when my eyeballs were assaulted by all that....bright! OK, so my first action in the "new" Renderosity was to zap that background into something less optically insulting. Done. I haven't really made up my mind yet what I think about the new design, but one thing I can't handle is that at 800x600 the pages are too wide, resulting in a scroll bar at the bottom. I'm still of the mindset that internet pages should be designed for no larger than 800x600 pixels. Where I work, which is where I access this site from (I have no connection at home), I have no choice but to use 800x600 resolution, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. On my home PC I use 1280x1024 resolution, and that's what I'd use for internet browsing as well, so it wouldn't be a problem. And I'm sure the majority of people here do the same, but nevertheless,I'd ask you to seriously consider re-designing it for 800x600. My .02...

All of my digital arts students (and I myself) use a higher resolution, but the Webmaster's Bible says the standard is still 800 x 600. Mike, you've got a valid point there.
