yes - you can select which nodes to apply by [control] clicking on each of them to highlight the ones you want (or use the select all option if you want them all). then use the "apply to all" but be careful to use RIGHT click when clicking this as sometimes you will loose your selections if you use left click.

Anyone know how I can apply -one- material (i.e.) node to all subobjects of a given object? For example, I have an object that has 35 subobjects in it. I want to have the same exact material applied to each and all of them. I surely hope I won't have to do this by hand, eh? TIA /gz
