Love that egg cosy. My mom used to have such chicken shaped egg cosys :o) What are the bricks/sticks? Prolly some obscure english breakfast thingie too, but what? ;o) Now for some scrambled egg... or how about a large bowl of porridge? Or kippers?

Yeah, toast a slice of bread and cut it into strips... just right for poking inside the egg! Funny you thought they might be bricks... that was the texture I used! Gerald

OOh my favourite. Soft boiled eggs and toast soldiers, accompanied by a nice cup of earl grey from that nice brown earthenware teapot. Them thar colonnials don't know what they are missing! LOL
