I did this along time ago with the vicky tecture in photoshop anyone know how i might have did it as i forgot lol

Looks like you created a new layer, drew the shape and colored it slightly darker than the base skintone, then edged it slightly, and reduced the opacity to about 60%. Just my analysis... :-) ChromeTiger

almost like what ChromeTiger said but it looks like you used the cutout layer filter
