is there a dress like this for vicky? and the head dress? I adore the flowing nature of it and the sleeves..but cant seem to find one for vicky. any ideas?

Daz has the Fantasy Dress in The PClub. It is very close to that, and has handles to move the dress around. It's for V3.

but it doesnt have the wonderful layered sleeves and skirt that is what I love about this one. guh I hope I can find one

There was a free dress like that somewhere called 'princess dress' or something i'll see if i can find it.. It has those sleeves..

There's a wedding dress at Daz3d that has layers to it. Maybe you could use the uv maps to design textures for it to get the effect that you want :)
