Subject: Installing Mimic 2 Pro on Mac?

Has anyone successfully installed the Mimic 2 Pro Upgrade on a MAC. Everytime I run the installer on it says it cannot find a file and to contact Daz Tech support. I will do that in the morning but maybe someone can give me an answer before then. Thanks for any response.

Hi, I installed it on my mac without any problem. Is the version 1.0 already installed on your computer?

When you purchased the Mimic2 Pro, did you download it or have it sent to you on CD? If you downloaded it, possibly it became corrupted and you will need to download it again. Mimic2Pro is a standalone product and does not need prior v1 files to my knowledge. -scara

Thank you both for taking the time to help me out. If anyone wants the "DITZ" award I've awarded myself do what I did, then follow HAWK99's advice and make sure you have Mimic one installed on your computer. LOL. I had bought a new EMAC and moved most of my apps to my new computer, but neglected to add Mimic 1. Once I did that and then tried the install of Mimic 2 Pro Upgrade everything went smooth as butter! Again thanks for your help. I hope anyone who has gotten a new MAC will now remember to install both Poser and Mimic 1 to make the upgrade work. Cheers!
