Subject: HELP POSER 5 SR 1 Every thing renders BLACK!

I just upgraded to SR 1 Everything was working fine before but now ever since I upgraded everything turns black when I render. I looked in the Material room but the textures don't preveiw either they show up as a black box. But when I'm veiwing it as texture shaded before rendering it looks fine. HELP PLEASE!

You should upgrade to Poser 5's SR3. Have you strictly followed the procedure to install the SR1 ? (I had overlooked some steps myself and ended up with a big mess...).

I tried upgrading to SR3 and my poser wouldn't load I had to reinstall it. I don't have any instructions with SR1 I got it from a friend cause curious labs doesn't have the link any more.

How much space do you have left on the hard drive? I had a problem with black renders, and the cause was a small amount (under 5MB) left on the drive.

I've got over 10 gigs still free. However I did finally get SR3 working and so far so good. Thanks all. I still don't understand SR1 and that black but Whatever. Thanks Peeps
