Trying to create some low-lying fog in this enclosed WIP by using only the atmosphere editor (no mapped spheres or anything). Have tweaked the settings 'til my eyes were fogged over ;-), but can't get the foggy look I'm after which is maybe a bank of fog (with some visibilitly, of course...hehe), oh about 2'-3' high stretching all the way into the foreground here! Is this possible to do in this manner?!? Have searched the tuts, maybe I've missed something, but any and all help/leads would be greatly appreciated!! ==steve (spider1313)

Never tried with the atmosphere editor. A mapped box usually works :) If you get to little density, use a box in a box in a box..... You can also create a terrain, export it as dxf, use a modeler to "close" the bottom then use maps. That makes the fog more a "live".

Thanks for the quick reply, Alekssander! Since I'm all tweaked-out here in the atmo editor, guess I'll just hafta go another route ;-)! Will try your suggestions and let you know what comes of it... ==steve

Steve, Check out this thread. Eric was able to make wavering fog.
