Try http://www.actionxchange.com .. signup (it's free) and do a search on bubbles .. there 'Blue Water Effect v2.0' is a good one. Just select the area, make them, maybe play with the colors. You might have to make a couple of layers of the effect and shrink down the farther layers unless you find a 'forced perspective' action or plugin. -Stormowl

It sure seems like it would be simple but... anybody have a suggestion or tutorial reference for creating a tub full of bubbles?
